 Refractory board or ceramic board is produced from a combination of ceramic fibers and organic and inorganic binders under a vacuum process.
These ceramic boards can be used in the temperature range of 1000 to 1700 degrees Celsius.
The density of ceramic boards varies between 220 kg/m3 and 450 kg/m3 depending on the need.
Ceramic refractory board is a good insulator for furnaces and thermal chambers due to its low thermal conductivity, and the smooth surface of these ceramic boards makes it easy to insulate, especially in the lower layers.
Ceramic boards, which are also known by various names such as chicken or heat wall furnace shingles, this product has high resistance to peeling due to the hot air flow of the furnaces and can be easily cut and shaped with the help of a hand saw blade.

Ceramic Fiber Board is manufactured and designed for the thermal applications requesting high demands on rigidity, the thermal insulation properties and abrasion resistance of ceramic fiber board have been further improved due to the higher density. Ceramic fiber board is a vacuum formed product that resists higher gas velocities than ceramic fiber blanket. It is ideal for furnace, boiler duct and stack lining thanks to its thermal conductivity and low heat storage, which makes the shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance in the industrial furnaces possible.​​​​​​​

 Ceramic Fiber Board is made by vacuum forming process. According to different temperature grades, refractory fiber product may add proper organic and inorganic additives into polycrystalline mullite fiber, high alumina fiber, zirconic fiber, and aluminum silicate fiber, etc. by use of vacuum moulding methods, to manufacture all kinds of products with different temperature grades: 1000 degree, 1260 degree, 1400 degree, 1500 degree, 1600 degree and 1700 degree. Its varieties include two classes: fiber plate and fiber special-shaped product. ​​​​​​​
