Introduction

Ceramic fiber paper production line is a special production line in which a range of special products are formed by forming aluminosilicate ceramic fibers into a non-woven structure.
During the production process, the ceramic fibers are oriented completely randomly and then fixed in place using a latex-based adhesive. A special type of papermaking technology is used to form uniform, lightweight and flexible sheets.

By using different mixtures of ceramic fibers, different types of adhesives and different types of additives, along with changes in the production method, various types of ceramic fiber papers are produced for various applications.
These ceramic fiber papers have excellent chemical properties and show excellent resistance to attacks from various corrosive agents.

The only substances to which ceramic fiber papers do not have adequate chemical resistance are: hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and concentrated alkalis. If ceramic fiber papers become wet due to contact with water or water vapor, they will regain all their thermal and mechanical properties after drying again.​​​​​​​

In such conditions, most types of ceramic fiber papers have no water or hydrated materials remain. Ceramic fiber papers also have good dielectric strength.
